1. Gravity Die Casting
The GDC process facilitates in making complex 3 dimensional aluminium products, such as 3D facades, wall-tiles, tree grates, grills, etc. Gravity Die Casting is a process used for handling high production volume processes. Hence requires high precision during the mould-making phase. The moulds used in casting are pre-heated upto 200 ºC (392 ºF) before the molten metal is poured into the cast cavity. Casting has to be done with care in order to ensure that proper thermal balance is maintained throughout the casting process. This is done through a variety of ways including external cooling techniques using water or relevant radiation techniques.
2. Sand Casting
Sand casting is a highly flexible form of casting that allows for the usage of recyclable and permanent patterns. This method is mainly used to manufacture 3 dimensional patterns in limited quantity. The mould can be used only once and have to be rebuilt after every casting.Sand moulds are crafted from diverse materials and the sand must be bond together using synthetic compounds such as clay or water. 3 Dimensional products such as facades, wall-tiles, tree grats, grills, etc. can be produced in limited numbers.
3. CNC Machining
We have in house CNC Machines and also outsource our CNC Machining Shops to associate vendors. We ensure that our associates employ cutting-edge machining processes run as per the highest quality standards. Our quality control team also runs stringent quality checks on inward materials & machined components sourced from our vendors.
The various CNC Machining employed in the manufacturing process are:

4. Laser Cutting
Laser technology offers unbeatable advantages for architectural applications. Whether for 3D or 2D models: Draw your designs in a CAD program, and the laser will cut with maximum precision and detail. The cuts are precise and clean – no subsequent processing is required.
5. Waterjet Cutting
Waterjets are ideally suited for tough and lucrative applications for any metal cutting. More than just common materials of mild steel and aluminum, waterjets easily cut titanium, brass, and tool steel. Whether we are cutting 8 inch thick titanium or 1/4 inch aluminum, waterjets are versatile enough to cut a variety of shapes and materials.
The anodizing plant has a built-in area of 5000 sq ft. This would be operated as a separate plant away from foundry premises. The list of equipments and corresponding specifications are given below.

7. Painting & Powder-coating
The Painting as well as the Powder-coating processes has been outsourced to our authorized associate vendors who provide the best and updated finishes available in the market today. We make sure that our finishing processes are consistently reformed to latest and efficient methodical trends. The following finishes can be achieved in our painting and powder-coating processes:
- Gloss finish
- Matte finish
- Satin finish
